Auto Pro

Growing up, my dad emphasized the importance of finding a trustworthy and honest mechanic. I was spoiled because we had family who ran a service station where we brought our cars. And ever since leaving home after college, I’ve made finding a good mechanic a priority. For Arden, NC, Jennifer and Auto Pro are that service shop. They go above and beyond the sought after “good” mechanic. Jennifer and her team do their jobs with excellence and Jennifer is more than fair in her pricing. She has always gone well beyond expectations and helped us with advice and guidance regarding repairs and maintenance for our cars. I highly recommend her!

Grateful to Jen and Wade for running a business that instills trust to their customers. It is obvious why their customers are loyal to their business and keep returning. It amazes me how much Jen knows about cars! She is so helpful to explain what is happening with the car and it is quite impressive her detailed knowledge. Wade and his crew of mechanics are very professional and treat my cars as if they owned them. They are very fair. I’ve recommended them to friends and family. Thank you Auto Pro for your expertise and reliability!

I had an excellent experience with Auto Pro. I originally planned to take my son’s Honda to the dealership, but Honda wanted to charge me $215 just for a diagnostic. After replacing multiple parts myself and still not finding the issue, I decided to give Auto Pro a try. Jennifer went above and beyond. Instead of charging me unnecessary labor and diagnostic fees, she was honest about what was needed and only charged me for the part. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. The team was fast, reliable, professional, and kept their word on getting the vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Their customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. If you’re looking for an honest repair shop that won’t take advantage of you, I highly recommend Auto Pro. I’ll definitely be returning for future vehicle repairs.

Could not recommend them more! My coworker recommended them and Jennifer was so kind and fair to us the entire time! She took care of us so sweetly and througgouly. When I got overwhelmed, I had my Fiancé call and she talked him through all the solutions again. Even offered to give us advice on the next car to buy. I didn’t think mom and pop shops existed still in Asheville that had fair pricing and integrity and kindness! I will not be going anywhere else in Asheville or Hendersonville anymore! This is it! Good Hart in Hendersonville quoted us 12,000 for a new transmission and they quoted us here half the price!

Working with Auto Pro is a one of the kind experience. You feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in the door. They are personable, professional, transparent, thoughtful, and willing to help you find the best solutions possible for your needs. I came to have work done on my car, and instead of just doing the job, they let me know that my car was actually perfectly safe to drive and the work didn’t need to be done at this time. They clearly explained the issue in a way that I understood and made me feel secure and confident with a plan moving forward. My husband and I have both been back to the shop since then, and will continue to go back for our car needs moving forward.
